Most of our insulating fire bricks are made from high-purity refractory clays with granulated additions of alumina for the higher temperature-rated products. They are suitable for applications at service temperatures ranging from 1250°c to 1850°c. They can be directly exposed to flame, and combustion.
Our manufacturing facility for Clay based Insulation Bricks is located & Wankaner, Gujarat & Mullite & High Performance Insulation bricks are manufactured in Madhya Pradesh.

Mullite insulation bricks

Silica insulation bricks
Silica Insulation Bricks are one kind of light weight insulation bricks with over 91% silica content and less than 1.2g/cm3 density, which can service in the high temperature between 1500~1550℃ for long term and are wildly used for the insulation of industrial furnace such as glass plant furnace and other furnaces & boilers with features of light weight, high strength and low thermal conductivity.

Refractory ceramic fiber blanket

AMANA Ceramic Fibre Blanket. Resistant to maximum service temperature of 1260oC / 2300oF. Density of 128kg/m3. Available in thickness of 13mm, 25mm and 50mm. Can be utilised in many industries such as petrochemical, steel and ceramics industries. Often used as insulation or for lining of furnaces.
